I started working-out on the speedbag in my local standard equipped gym here in Park City Utah about 6 months ago at age 84. Your u tube videos were the only ones I could find that were more interested in teaching than in showing off what you could do. Even watching Alan Kahn and ordering his video were not as informative. Thanks to you, I'm now up to working on the Phantom Punch. The speed bag is located beside the running- walking track
and people I know and others I had never met will stop
I cannot rate Jeff highly enough he has managed to get me from being a complete newbie to be able to hit the bag and give me the correct tuition for me to practice and hopefully succeed in learning the art of speed bagging. His patience and explanation are spot on. I will have many more lessons for sure.

Jeff stands out as one of the absolute best. His teaching style is incredibly clear, easy to follow, and highly effective. He has a unique ability to break down complex movements into simple steps that make learning feel natural and enjoyable. Worth it. I will be buying more lessons for sure
