Zoom – budete si musieť stiahnuť aplikáciu Zoom do počítača Mac, PC alebo mobilného telefónu. Pošleme vám e-mail s odkazom na pripojenie. Uistite sa, že ste nám nechali dobrú e-mailovú adresu.
Instagram - keď prejdete na svoje správy, vpravo hore je ikona videa. To je miesto, kde začneme. Budeme vás kontaktovať prostredníctvom vášho DM na Instagrame, ako aj vášho e-mailu, aby sme potvrdili lekciu.
Facetime – nezabudnite zanechať číslo svojho mobilného telefónu.
Jeff pracuje na plný úväzok MF. Lekcie budú naplánované pondelok - piatok, 18:00 – 21:00. So & Ne, 14:00 – 17:00 Všetky časy sú CST.

I started working-out on the speedbag in my local standard equipped gym here in Park City Utah about 6 months ago at age 84. Your u tube videos were the only ones I could find that were more interested in teaching than in showing off what you could do. Even watching Alan Kahn and ordering his video were not as informative. I cannot rate Jeff highly enough he has managed to get me from being a complete newbie to be able to hit the bag and give me the correct tuition for me to practice and hopefully succeed in learning the art of speed bagging. His patience and explanation are spot on. I will have many more lessons for sure.
